Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Irving, TX to lead and grow the assigned region. You will develop and execute sales plans, manage locations, and drive profitability while aligning with corporate strategies.

Responsibilities include setting monthly targets, coordinating with Fleet and Marketing teams, and developing strong relationships with local partners. Strong leadership, 10+ years in ops, and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Economics, or Management.
• 10 years of operational management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills with staff across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitors performance against plan and adjusts procedures to maximize profits.
• Oversees start-up operations across locations, including staffing and infrastructure.
• Collaborates with HQ on sales policy, marketing plans and fleet-related decisions.
