Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Responsibilities

• Represent Trojan to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales within your territory.
• Drive new customer acquisition and manage strategic partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets through effective opportunity and funnel management using our CRM.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, or Water.
• Proven success in negotiating contracts over $1M.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Residency within an hour of a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus commission. We offer flexible hours, health benefits, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.
