Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. This role involves establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meeting targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. The position is part of the Sales team and is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Trojan Technologies to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales activities within your territory.
• Drive new customer acquisition, manage customer relationships, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing opportunities using Trojan Technologies' CRM system.
• Meet or exceed growth targets for new customers and sales funnel development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, Water, etc.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1M in premium-priced products in both channel and direct sales structures.
• Ability to travel 50-70% throughout the Western United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in the Western US, within an hour of a major airport.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or water mobile filtration rentals.
