Overview

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the Western United States. This remote role involves managing direct sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the industrial water treatment sector.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Trojan to prospective customers, drive new customer acquisition, and manage strategic partnerships.
2. Achieve sales goals through effective opportunity management and CRM utilization.
3. Negotiate and close contracts, often exceeding $1 million in premium-priced products.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, or Water.
• Proven track record in negotiating large contracts and managing sales channels.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Residence within an hour of a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with Water as a Service or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
