The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of truck sales professionals, build relationships with trucking companies, and guide the sales team in presenting and closing orders.

The role requires strong work ethic, knowledge of trucks, excellent customer relations, and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
• Reasonable working knowledge of trucks and truck specifications.
• Customer relations experience within the Trucking Industry or a related industry.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• A record of success in past sales positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of dedicated truck sales professionals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with trucking companies and associations.
• Lead by example on customer calls and assist the sales team with presenting and closing orders.
• Hire and train new salespeople to become industry experts.
