What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales execution and achieve targets within the South Region (TX, OK, NM, LA, MS, AR, West TN)
- Build and maintain productive relationships with Distributors, Operators, and Brokers
- Provide direction, executional priorities, and training to broker partners in the region
- Utilize Trade (Blacksmith) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) to support business planning and execution
- Maximize trade funds to help drive sales results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Texas
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years of Foodservice Sales experience
- Strong CRM reporting proficiency (Salesforce, Power BI)
- Experience with foodservice distribution and broker management
