Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Western/Central US territory for sheet metal fabrication solutions. This remote role requires travel and a track record of building high‑performing sales teams, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

You will mentor fabrication specialists, coordinate with product, marketing and operations, attend trade shows, and travel regionally (~9–11 overnights per month) to expand Mate’s presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month
• Total Compensation: $75,000–$165,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses)
