Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western/Central Territory to lead a team of Fabrication Specialists and drive growth across the US region. This remote role requires travel and strong leadership in sales for sheet metal fabrication solutions.

You will build strategic relationships with key accounts, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally with ~9–11 overnights per month.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you’ll:

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies that exceed goals and fuel business expansion.
• Engage Customers: Build lasting relationships with key accounts, providing technical expertise and trusted guidance.
• Support in the Field: Travel regionally to collaborate with your team, attend customer meetings, and deliver impactful product presentations.
• Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and territory results — using data to drive accountability.
• Partner with sales management, marketing, and operations to align on priorities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Mate: Attend trade shows, open houses, and industry events to expand Mate’s presence and influence.

• Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus.
• Ability to travel regionally with approximately 9-11 overnights per month
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Total Compensation: $75,000–$165,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses)
