Job summary

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business across North America. You’ll begin with two months of paid, hands-on training out of Hudson, Ohio, ramping with our top Regional Sales Managers to learn about the product and industry.

After training, you’ll own your own territory, with relocation support for placement and continued growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Hunter mentality: competitive and self-starting.
• Road-ready: willing to travel ~3 weeks per month and relocate.
• Mechanically curious: comfortable in farm, job site, quarry, or shop.
• Coachable and driven: accepts feedback and plans your week independently.

Responsibilities

• Grow off-highway and commercial tire business through North American distribution.
• Sell on the road, not behind a desk.
• Own and develop your territory after training.
