Job summary

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America.

You’ll start with two months of paid, hands-on training in Hudson, Ohio, before taking ownership of your own territory. Relocation support is provided for placement. Expect to travel roughly three weeks per month as you build your region.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with a track record.
• Hunter mentality: competitive and self-starting.
• Road-ready: travel ~three weeks per month and open to relocation.
• Mechanically curious: comfortable around farms, job sites, or shop floors.
• Coachable and driven: learns fast and manages own week.

Responsibilities

• Expand off-highway and commercial tire sales across North America.
• Own and grow your territory with distributors.
• Learn product and industry through two months of paid training in Hudson, OH.
• Relocation support provided for placement.
• Travel approximately three weeks per month.
