Job summary

Ascenso Tires North America is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. You’ll start with two months of paid, hands-on training out of Hudson, Ohio, ramping with our top RSMs to learn the products and industry.

After training, you’ll own your territory with relocation support.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2-3 years of B2B sales with a proven ability to hit targets.
• The candidate should be a hunter willing to pursue new business.
• Must be comfortable frequent travel and relocation for territory placement.
• Be coachable, respond to feedback, and self-manage weekly plans.

Responsibilities

• Grow off-highway and commercial tire business through distribution across North America.
• Own and develop your territory, focusing on agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer sectors.
• Complete a 2-month paid training program in Hudson, OH to learn products and industry.
• Relocation support provided for placement; travel ~three weeks per month.
