Job summary

Ascenso Tires North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow our off-highway and commercial tire business — agriculture, construction, OTR, truck, and trailer — through distribution across North America. You’ll start with two months of paid, hands-on training out of Hudson, Ohio — ramping alongside our best Regional Sales Managers to learn about the product and the industry.

Successfully complete the program and you’ll take ownership of your own territory, with relocation support for

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with competitive drive.
• Willingness to relocate for the right territory.
• Road-ready with ability to travel ~3 weeks per month.
• Coachable and driven; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Grow off-highway and commercial tire business through North American distribution.
• Own and develop your assigned territory with revenue growth.
• Engage with distributors and end customers to close deals.
• Travel extensively; participate in training and onboarding.
• Relocation support provided; earn commissions on top of base salary.
