Job description

This role is a sales leadership and development role. You are responsible for hitting the targets for your region, as laid out and assigned by territory. You need to be able to help your team excel, teach, train, coach, and mentor those on your team. At the same time, you need to help clear their paths and develop a process for individual accountability and team success. You need to be able to work without direct supervision or direction. You must be able to motivate yourself and your team to not only achieve sales targets, but exceed them.
