We are seeking an energetic and talented Regional Sales Manager to join us as we grow in the K–12 educational space. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs, serving our customer base in early childhood and educational markets, while exploring new segments such as middle and high schools. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and uncapped commissions, where your earnings grow with your sales.

As a stable company with over 65 years of experience, we provide a sales support team and a top-notch marketing team to assist you. To succeed, you should have a strategic, outcome-oriented mindset, a dynamic personality, and excellent people skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within a designated geographical area, including multiple states if applicable.
  2. Collaborate with internal sales resources to support customer needs and increase sales.
  3. Regularly engage with customers to assess and uncover their needs.
  4. Develop and modify sales strategies in partnership with your RVP/RD.
  5. Target key customers and expand market reach.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and increase sales.
  7. Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences to promote our brand.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with proven entrepreneurial skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to address customer needs at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and capable of performing remotely.
  • Reside in the St. Louis area; willing to travel approximately 60% with about 2 overnight stays per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
