You will work closely with the General Manager, Global Segment Managers, Operations, and Marketing to evaluate new opportunities, accelerate onboarding of technical applications, and strengthen Ionbond’s presence in the marketplace. A background in PVD/CVD coatings or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred. This position will be based within the USA, office location to be determined. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in industrial sales, coatings, surface engineering, or advanced manufacturing. 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams. Strong understanding of thin film coatings, surface treatments, or precision manufacturing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to travel up to 50%. Ability to pass a physical screening, background check including clean driving record and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
