LIQUI MOLY USA is seeking a candidate to fill a new position in the Portland Metro area. Join our team and work with people who think positively about the future and are upbeat about life.

In this position, you will actively contribute to the successful growth of our company. Your responsibilities include sales growth, marketing efforts, and business expansion throughout the region. Working independently, you are responsible for your own success.

LIQUI MOLY is a leading manufacturer of OE-type high-quality motor oils, additives, and other lubricant products with headquarters in Ulm, Germany. Since 1957, we have supplied the German marketplace with innovative quality oil and additive products for automotive, powersports/marine, and industrial markets. We began our U.S. sales efforts in 1992, and sales have grown significantly over the past 10 years.

To continue our growth, we are expanding our sales team. This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-80,000, D.O.E., plus a performance bonus. Benefits include travel expense reimbursement, car allowance, business auto fuel, tablet, iPhone, 401K plan, health insurance, paid vacation, and holidays.

* This position is home office-based.

You will play an active role in our company's growth, responsible for sales, marketing, and business expansion in the region. You will work independently, managing your own success.

LIQUI MOLY has been manufacturing OE-type high-quality motor oils, additives, and lubricants since 1957. Our U.S. sales began in 1992, with significant growth over the past decade.

We are expanding our sales team and this role offers a salary of $70,000-80,000, D.O.E., plus bonuses. Benefits include travel reimbursement, car allowance, fuel, a tablet, iPhone, 401K, health insurance, paid leave, and holidays.

* This is a home office-based role.

Area of Activity
  • Develop sales strategies to increase LIQUI MOLY product sales.
  • Build new relationships with automotive aftermarket business owners, distributors, service shops, and fleets.
  • Manage current customer partnerships across all channels.
  • Conduct training for customers on selling and using LIQUI MOLY products.
  • Territory: Portland Metro and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales management experience, preferably in lubricants or automotive aftermarket.
  • Experience using CRM tools; ability to submit reports regularly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in developing accounts consultatively.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with an upbeat sales style and energetic attitude.
  • Availability for weekend industry events and occasional overnight travel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for customers and groups.
  • Residence in the Portland Metro area.

Must haves:

  • Legal ability to work in the USA without restrictions.
  • Clear background check.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
