Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization to meet targets.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitive threats to protect share.
- Define weekly/monthly KPI priorities with cross-functional teams.
- Train district managers and monitor performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
- Act as safety champion and ensure promotions are executed with displays.
- Complete annual performance reviews and development plans.
