Industrial Regional Sales Manager - Territory: Texas Panhandle, West Kansas and West Oklahoma

Join us at Hach as an Industrial Regional Sales Manager covering the Texas Panhandle, West Kansas, and West Oklahoma regions. Be part of a company dedicated to ensuring water quality worldwide and making a meaningful impact through your work.

About the Role

As a key front-line sales representative, you will manage strategic accounts, drive market penetration, and foster growth within your territory. You will collaborate with a dedicated team and leverage resources like inside sales, distribution channels, and technical support to achieve your sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop monthly sales plans to meet targets
  • Use SFDC for funnel management, forecasting, and activity tracking
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering firms and other influencers
  • Report on market activity, competition, and sales trends
  • Engage in customer visits, seminars, trade shows, and demonstrations
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial solutions
  • Experience in markets such as Power, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Oil & Gas, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; science or engineering degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Sales training or experience with methodologies such as Question Based Selling or Value Selling
Additional Details

This position is remote, covering North Texas, West Oklahoma, or West Kansas, with travel expected up to 75%. A company car is provided for personal use. The salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually, plus bonus potential.
