Position Overview: As an Industrial Regional Sales Manager, you will be the primary front-line sales representative for strategic accounts within your designated territory. You will drive market penetration, foster customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities to support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing monthly sales plans to meet targets
  • Managing customer relationships and building new prospects
  • Utilizing SFDC for sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Participating in sales activities such as site visits, trade shows, and product demonstrations

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial products or solutions
  • Experience in markets such as Power, Food & Beverage, Chemical, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
