Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for proactively selling to existing and new industrial customers within a defined geographic territory, driving market penetration and sales growth. This role involves building customer relationships, managing accounts, and pursuing new projects, leveraging multiple sales resources.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop monthly sales territory and account plans to meet targets.
  2. Prepare and present funnel reviews and forecasts using SFDC.
  3. Establish relationships with engineering firms and influence buying decisions.
  4. Report on market activity, trends, and competition.
  5. Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial products and solutions.
  • Experience in markets such as Power, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Oil & Gas, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required; science or engineering degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Formal sales training or methodologies knowledge.
Additional Details

This position covers North Texas, West Oklahoma, and West Kansas, with remote work. Travel is expected at 75%. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
