Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Metallurgical preferred).
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with capital equipment or automated electromechanical products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Establish and maintain senior-level customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Provide accurate monthly/annual forecasts and report on market trends.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and marketing to align proposals with customer needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Ensure seamless cross-department communication to meet delivery schedules.
• Protect and enhance the company’s reputation through professional representation.
• Lead and support account planning, territory assignments, and quota setting within the region.
• Conduct regular customer visits, including travel and overnight stays as required.
