Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales and distribution across an assigned region, grow the customer base, and maintain client and vendor relationships. Travel is required and leadership is essential to recruit, train and develop sales staff.

You will drive monthly sales, conduct quarterly business reviews, and implement strategic initiatives to reach targets while forecasting pipeline projections with strong CRM usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with field teams.
• Strong forecasting, negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to post-sale implementation.
• Achieves monthly sales targets and drives results through field leadership.
• Conducts QBRs and delivers performance improvement plans.
• Models consultative selling and closing techniques with sales staff.
• Manages team activity, sets weekly goals, and ensures pipeline health.
