JOB SUMMARY: This position is commission eligible based on sales goal attainment.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall success of NEP’s growth activities in the Houston market. All business development activities will be expected to meet or exceed NEP capital investment and related financial return objectives. The focus of new business in the region will be generating incremental margin through both new construction and existing community opportunities with the NEP standard business offering.
