Regional Sales Manager, Food Service - Central (Sales)

We are searching for a motivated & experienced Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Executing company sales strategies to achieve profitable sales growth.
  2. Presenting new products and organizing sales campaigns.
  3. Meeting sales quotas and setting quarterly and annual sales goals and KPIs.
  4. Promoting products through various marketing initiatives.
  5. Developing and maintaining top relationships with key customers.
  6. Coordinating with customers, distributors, and brokers to execute agreements and programs.
  7. Training brokers and evaluating their performance to optimize sales.
  8. Traveling to different locations for product presentations, trade shows, and customer issue resolution.
  9. Reviewing sales data to identify customer needs and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  10. Representing the company at trade association meetings and other functions.
  11. Maintaining CRM data for existing and prospective customers.
  12. Participating in meetings and special projects as required.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring work quality and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
  2. Following food safety protocols and completing mandatory in-house Food Safety Training.
  3. Understanding and applying food safety hazards, GMP regulations, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in food service markets.
  • Experience working with customers and brokers, especially in corporate headquarters settings.
  • Experience in a commercial bakery is a plus.
