We are seeking a skilled sales manager to drive revenue growth by leading a team of motivated sales representatives. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the sales process, excels in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We value a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a successful track record who can inspire others. The role requires strategic leadership, coaching, advising, and motivating a high-performance sales team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience, in addition to sales experience.
  • Achieve company objectives through planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting.
  • Develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team employs effective tactics to meet revenue targets.
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance.
  • Oversee the sales team to meet company sales goals through regular check-ins, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Create and maintain sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience, plus sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% within the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
  • Quick understanding of title and closing business, including laws and regulations specific to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
  • Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship building.
  • Strong computer skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to learn internal programs.
  • Ability to engage team members and clients both in person and virtually.
  • Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales is preferred.
