Whether it’s designing in components or engineering complete solutions, our technical sales team provides comprehensive support for customers’ go-to-market strategy, from prototype to production.
We are seeking a Sales Manager DACH (m/w/d). In this role, you will help guide innovation forward with your team, customers, and suppliers, enabling them to create, make, and manage their technology.
This position is sales-focused and target-driven. You will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining excellent customer service levels within the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets.
Managing, coaching, and working with a passionate, dynamic, and engaged team.
Collaborating with multiple business units.
Aligning with key suppliers.
Owning performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue, gross profit, demand creation, and market share growth targets for key suppliers and customers.
Executing regional initiatives, focusing on customers, top opportunities, and related marketing and business development activities.
Preparing and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Business Plans, and supplier development plans with business partners.
Ensuring consistent communication of management messages, actions, and programs.
Fostering a positive work environment through clear goal setting, motivational leadership, and recognition programs to support team growth.
At least 3 years of management experience.
Experience in electronic components distribution.
Fluency in German and English.
Ability to build internal relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
Action-oriented, customer-focused, problem-solving, and results-driven.
Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Stable employment with a permanent contract, base salary, and bonus scheme.
