Your role

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Country Manager – DACH Region within our SVS division. This position is remote role in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, driving business development and sales, and leading operational performance in the DACH region. You will report directly to the SVP of Business and Account Development and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, account management, operations, and product.

As a Country Manager, you will be expected to work remotely. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Equipment with secure remote access
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy specific to the DACH region
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships
  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Increasing brand visibility and market penetration in the DACH region
  • Driving sales performance and ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Supporting the account management team in cultivating key client relationships and promoting service expansion
  • Aligning regional sales strategy with global objectives through close collaboration with international sales teams
  • Leading and managing the local business development and account management teams
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
  • Working with the marketing team to develop and implement localized marketing strategies
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Collaborating closely with product, finance, HR, and integration teams to support regional business needs
  • Providing feedback on customer experience and regional product enhancements
  • Fostering a culture of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as account manager or sales manager experience
  • Good knowledge of the DACH market landscape and business culture
  • Demonstrated success in driving market entry, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Experience leading and mentoring sales and account management teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and cross-functional global organization
  • Fluency in both German and English required
  • Ready to frequent traveling (50%)
