Regional Sales Manager (B2B Hospitality & Office Channel - Remote Opportunity)
This role involves coaching, leading, motivating, and inspiring a B2B Senior Field Sales Specialist team for the East Coast USA region. The goal is to deliver sales objectives and plans to achieve profitability and growth aligned with Nespresso USA’s Market Business Strategy (MBS). The manager will leverage insights for successful strategy implementation, understand key business drivers, and demonstrate knowledge of strategic B2B segments. This is a remote-based, people leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and communicating key priorities and targets for the B2B sales organization.
- Act as a link between Field Operations and Strategy teams to implement B2B strategies.
- Develop annual targets with the Director of Field Sales.
- Manage pipeline and growth opportunities for B2B sales.
- Propose regional actions and promotions to meet sales targets.
- Support reporting and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Provide feedback on team performance to senior management.
Accountability and Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Execute commercial guidelines and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate sales force productivity regularly.
- Support account execution and compliance.
- Identify and develop regional account partners.
- Control expenses within budget.
- Track success of strategic segments and maximize results.
- Support strategic partnerships, tradeshows, and events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper reporting and CRM usage.
Team Management
- Create alignment and promote an inclusive culture.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team talent.
- Coach and evaluate performance, recognize achievements.
Best Practices & Stakeholder Engagement
- Share best practices and challenge improvements.
- Implement and evaluate tools and applications.
- Establish communication routines with teams.
Compliance & Principles
- Manage activities according to Nestlé and Nespresso principles.
- Ensure policies and ethics are communicated and followed.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 5+ years of national account or sales management experience, preferably in B2B Hospitality or HORECA.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, analyze data, and travel up to 50%.
