Overview :
- Regional Sales Managers are responsible for finding opportunities with franchise and independent automotive dealers within the designated region and selling the ProMax Platform.
- Candidates should be able to develop a sales pipeline through existing relationships and generate new ones via business development skills.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline through lead follow-up and personal outreach.
- Manage and deliver high levels of penetration in the region.
- Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.
- Contribute to sales strategies that support team goals for market share and KPIs.
- Deliver compelling, consultative sales discussions to address dealer needs.
- Represent ProMax at industry conferences and networking events.
What You’ll Have :
- 5+ years of Automotive SaaS sales experience, including outside/remote sales.
- Proven success in sales within a similar industry.
- Self-motivated with high energy, eager to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational skills, preferably with CRM experience.
- Ability to understand both business and technical customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the Western Region.
