What You Bring!

Bachelors degree (Required) or Masters degree (Preferred) in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years managing a field sales team

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.

Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Own and communicate your sales team’s quotas, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Monitor and support each sales representative's quota attainment, reviewing their performance regularly.

Implement strategies to improve prospecting and conversion ratios across all stages of the sales cycle.

Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve representatives' skills, aligning with company methodologies and systems, while developing personalized “Action Items” to enhance their sales approaches and effectiveness.

Enforce a minimum level of activity across the sales team to ensure a robust pipeline, hold reps accountable for their efforts, and provide guidance to all performance levels.

Maintain a detailed understanding of sales pipelines and assist reps in progressing deals through the sales cycle.

Provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership, flagging any unrealistic expectations from reps.

Monitor territory management to guarantee complete coverage and responsiveness from sales reps.

Conduct interviews for potential sales rep candidates, using best practices to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.

Oversee the onboarding process, training programs, and monitoring new rep performance.

Attend relevant events (municipal, county, school district, state) and participate actively in fostering relationships and enhancing the company's presence.

Enforce compliance with the company travel policy by reviewing and approving or denying sales representatives' expense reports.
