Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Position Summary:

Outgoing personality and dedication for generating leads and following up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists. Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients. Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts. Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity and sales goals. Support customers within your capacity and escalate to expanded team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Visit Customers within region (Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri).
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and products.
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Participate in Meter Schools and Conferences

Education:

BA/BS Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Electronics, Physics or related field.

Experience:

3+ years sales experience

5+ years electric utility related experience

Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Windows
• Microsoft Office products

Skilled at:

• Sales and sales presentations
• Listening and problem solving
• Customer relations

Desirable Qualifications:

• Professional and friendly demeanor and appearance
• Ability to travel overnight 30-60% of the time
• Possess adaptability to changing priorities (multi-tasking)
