Regional Sales Manager – Conveyor Systems

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established yet fast-evolving business delivering advanced material handling and automation solutions to clients across logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and food and beverage sectors.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
• Leading solution-based sales of conveyor systems and complete automation projects
• Collaborating with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure technical alignment
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract close
• Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in conveyor system sales across Mexico
• Strong industry network in intralogistics, automation, or related markets
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, compelling way
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
