Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the regional sales team in St Louis or Kansas City. You will develop and execute sales strategies, coach representatives, and drive attainment of corporate goals across the region.

The role requires strong knowledge of hospital buying practices and the ability to navigate medical product distribution Systems, with travel within the region to support growth.

• Five years outside medical sales experience or equivalent.
