Aston Carter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities and manage customer relationships in the region. This position is responsible for overseeing all sales activities, managing customer relationships, leading employees, and driving profit within the designated region. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans for the region and its territories, aligning efforts with the National Sales Plan to achieve sales growth and profitability.
The role involves 50-75% travel, primarily within the northeast region, attending trade shows and visiting clients. The company provides a phone and computer, along with a $400 car allowance per month. All travel and expenses are covered by the company. The work environment requires physical activity, including setting up and dismantling trade shows and visiting job sites.
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
90% of medical is paid for by the employer, with a co-pay plan
100% coverage for dental and vision plans

This is a fully remote position.
