Our client, a specialized engineering and construction firm for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the FL, GA, and AL territories. The Regional Sales Manager will work with the company's Sales Manager to develop and manage outside sales representatives to meet revenue and profit targets. The role involves overseeing the outside sales team, providing training and technical assistance, and increasing sales in the assigned regions.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish clear sales objectives for each outside representative firm in collaboration with the Sales Manager to ensure growth.
2. Create and implement tailored sales processes and marketing strategies for each outside representative firm.
3. Support outside sales representatives to generate qualified leads, build a pipeline, and secure projects.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with qualified precast tank installation contractors and engineers.
5. Communicate expectations, standards, and procedures to contractors.
6. Provide technical recommendations to enhance sales potential and customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct product presentations and design assistance for outside sales representatives.
8. Travel with sales representatives to coach and develop their skills.
9. Develop project specifications and bid strategies.
10. Negotiate contracts and scope of work.
11. Participate in trade shows, marketing events, and conferences.
12. Build and maintain positive client relationships.
13. Educate and train outside sales representatives on new products and sales best practices.
14. Document customer interactions and maintain activity data.
