The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales - Workforce. Responsibilities include adding new logos, growing revenue, maximizing IAMs footprint within the HID install base, and strengthening product policies through strategic planning and relationship building within the Southern US. The role involves identifying new project opportunities across multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partners, including senior management. The manager will sell enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies, develop, and execute a business plan to grow the territory through existing and new relationships, and collaborate with channel partners.

Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAM):

HID Global IAM products protect over 85 million user identities. We focus on Zero Trust philosophy, advancing risk-based multi-factor authentication, secure user identities in converged environments, and expanding digital certificates and PKIaaS solutions.

Support HID's success by:
  • Driving new logo development and upgrading existing customers
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Developing and executing regional business plans
  • Building and growing a sales pipeline
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process
  • Partnering with and managing territory HID channel partners
  • Working closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams
  • Maintaining accurate CRM forecasts
Your Experience and Background:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent, plus relevant experience
  • MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security
  • 4-7 years exceeding sales quotas in a tech vendor role
  • Proven success in developing greenfield territories and adding new logos
  • Excellent communication skills for presentations and demos
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Extensive customer network and experience with direct and indirect sales models
  • Experience with channel partners and MEDDICC/MEDDPICC preferred
