Old Mission Wound Care, a leading nationwide mobile advanced wound care medical practice, is

seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Rebirth Advanced Healing sales efforts in New York. As an RSM, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of District Managers (DMs), and achieving revenue and growth targets within your assigned region. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent leadership and management skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to ethical and patient-centered practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy within New York.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified District Managers.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to DMs.
  • Establish performance expectations and conduct regular reviews for DMs.
  • Oversee DM sales activities, including call planning and territory management.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
  • Drive new patient acquisition and monitor patient satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret sales data to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Regional Business Development Manager and Regional Clinical
  • Manager.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical guidelines, and applicable
  • regulations (HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and patients.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, and Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Residency in New York is required.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation

This role offers an annual base salary of $85,000, plus is eligible for performance-based commissions and bonuses based on: DM Gross Profit, New Patient Acquisition, Treatment Adherence, Regional Profitability and Growth, Loyalty, and State Team Performance. Total estimated annual RSM earning is $349,780. The position has no compensation cap, rewarding high performance.
