Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for IL, IA, WI, MN, SD, and ND. The role focuses on implementing, directing, and controlling district sales activities across the geography, while promoting contests and incentives to drive performance.

The position involves recruiting and developing sales and clinical personnel, maintaining records, and conducting district meetings. Frequent travel with sales teams will be required to meet targets and respond to market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• Five years outside medical sales experience or equivalency.
• Successful proven track record of leading people and/or teams.

• Recruits, interviews, and selects sales and clinical personnel.

• Communicates with the AVP of Sales on pricing, product acceptance, industry/competitive trends and marketing strategies.
• Travels with sales associates and clinical specialists within geography on a weekly basis.
