Shoppa’s Material Handling, a family‑owned dealer with nine locations, seeks a Regional Sales Manager/Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for material handling solutions in the U.S. You will guide a high‑performing team, develop key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through market expansion.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside B2B sales leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, plus experience managing large accounts.
