Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Overview:
A leading residential homebuilder in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its expanding sales division. This strategic leadership role involves building and managing a high-performing team, refining market strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closing.
The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and a hands-on leader—driven by results, passionate about team culture, and experienced in the homebuilding industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead regional sales operations and strategy execution
- Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Drive a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing, promotions, and community rollout strategies accordingly
- Coordinate closely with construction, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow
- Own and lead weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
- Manage buyer pipelines, track KPIs, and ensure CRM accuracy
- Represent the company at industry events, new home openings, and promotional launches
- Train team members on sales techniques, systems, and customer engagement best practices
- Collaborate with division leaders to meet or exceed sales goals
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend or evening events as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success in sales leadership within the new home construction space (single-family or townhomes preferred)
- Experience in managing multiple communities and sales teams simultaneously
- Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and grow talent
- Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and regional market dynamics
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and communication skills
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented with a high level of accountability
