Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Leesburg/Williamsburg is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Fredericksburg, VA to drive business development by building relationships with hospitals, home health agencies, physicians’ offices and other referral sources.

You will execute sales plans, manage community events, and collaborate with operations to deliver personalized senior care. The ideal candidate has proven success in healthcare sales, strong presentation skills, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses is required
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development, preferred
• Experience at cold calling
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare-related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet business development goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians' offices, fiduciaries, etc.
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads
• Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities

Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in developing strong relationships with referral sources to generate client referrals for our home care services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet business development goals

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians' offices, fiduciaries, etc.

• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads

• Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation includes base salary and a bonus/commission component (Up to 100K commensurate with commission)
