What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales revenue targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and evaluate performance against objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the region
- Recruit, hire, and train new Sales Representatives while providing ongoing support
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement successful business strategies for accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three to five years of medical device sales leadership experience
- Experience selling to HME/DME’s, clinicians, and hospitals
- Understanding of reimbursement processes in outpatient care settings
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
