What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in animal nutrition and specialty additives related to swine
- Proven ability to lead a team and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Experience in account management or sales management, preferably within the animal nutrition sector
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience working with swine integrators across North America
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Technical Sales Manager
- Experience in the implementation of business development strategies
