Thales is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Cyber Security Product (CSP) team. You will promote and position Thales’ CSP product portfolio into enterprise accounts across the country. Your success will help secure the digital lives of millions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Land new customers and create opportunities proactively, working directly or with Value Added Reseller (VAR) channels.
2. Drive net new revenue within your territory and exceed quotas.
3. Collaborate with regional and internal teams to foster a positive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
2. 5+ years of account management or solution sales experience.
3. Experience in IT solution sales.
4. Strong business analysis, mid-term vision, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build relationships with senior managers and C-Level executives.
6. Knowledge of high-technology markets, especially IT Security and Cybersecurity.
