Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in sales, management, or relevant experience.
• Five years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays.
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into actions and solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through.
• High energy, self-motivated, and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a large sales team to achieve high levels of sales, performance, and productivity, helping grow revenue.
• Generate and assign sales leads and placement expectations with team to meet sales objectives.
• Implement strategies to maintain and grow business by selling new accounts, leveraging existing program adds and promotions to existing customers.
• Have a safety-first mindset and lead by example.
• Build relationships and manage performance goals.
• Coach sales managers to deliver top notch customer service, using a combination of data analysis and the hands on working with managers in the field.
• Present sales and customer service data to leadership teams.
