You'll collaborate with Maintenance Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Project Managers, and branch leadership to strengthen sales execution across commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, client renewals, and installation projects.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies in partnership with branch and operational leadership.
Establish clear performance expectations, sales goals, and accountability.
Monitor pipelines, forecasts, sales activity, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
Strengthen sales processes and create consistency across locations.
Grow New Business & Existing Accounts
Support teams in identifying and closing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts.
Work with Account Managers to identify enhancement opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Partner with Project Managers and branch leaders to pursue landscape installation projects.
Assist with proposals, presentations, pricing strategies, negotiations, and key client meetings.
Help teams strengthen prospecting efforts, improve conversion rates, and develop sustainable pipelines.
Coach & Develop Sales Talent
Provide regular coaching and guidance to sales professionals and other revenue-generating team members.
Develop skills in prospecting, client discovery, relationship management, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct pipeline and opportunity reviews to reinforce accountability and improve performance.
Share sales best practices across branches and help develop new team members.
Build strong partnerships between sales and operations to ensure opportunities align with operational capabilities.
Strengthen Client Retention & Profitability
Support teams with strategic contract renewals and client retention efforts.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
Assist with high-value negotiations, pricing discussions, and at-risk accounts.
Promote profitable sales practices that balance customer needs with company objectives.
Proven experience in commercial sales, business development, or sales leadership.
Demonstrated success leading, coaching, or developing sales teams.
Commercial landscaping sales experience strongly preferred.
Background selling recurring commercial services, landscape maintenance contracts, facility services, construction/installation projects, or related services highly desirable.
Strong record of developing business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales.
Understanding of sales forecasting, pricing, margins, and profitability.
Experience working across multiple branches, markets, or business units preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with both frontline employees and senior leadership.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on coaching and sales involvement.
This opportunity is ideally suited for candidates located in Huntsville, AL, or surrounding North Alabama communities.
The position supports our South and Central Regions, including branch locations in:
Alabama: Huntsville, Daphne, and Foley
Tennessee: Nashville, Brentwood, Arrington, and Lebanon
Florida: Freeport
This is a regional, field-based leadership position requiring regular travel throughout our South and Central Regions.
The successful candidate must reside within reasonable proximity to one of our existing branch locations and be comfortable traveling weekly to support branch operations, sales teams, and customer relationships.
Travel frequency and overnight stays will vary based on business needs, branch priorities, and the candidate's home location.
You'll have the opportunity to help shape regional sales strategy, develop talented teams, and contribute directly to the company's continued growth.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating accountability, and helping others succeed.
