Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Mid-South region to lead a high-performing field team focused on PBH.

This role will recruit, coach, and develop Territory Business Managers, translating PBH priorities into territory plans and managing the regional budget with disciplined execution. Travel 60-70% across the region and to Cambridge, MA as needed; drive performance, compliance, and ethics while partnering with health systems and endocrinology teams to

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, including 3+ years leading field sales teams.
• Experience in rare disease, endocrinology, metabolic disease, or related specialty markets.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop talent, and deliver results compliantly.
• Ability to translate enterprise priorities into regional/territory plans and measurable objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, onboard, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing field sales team.
• Own the regional business plan and translate PBH priorities into territory strategies.
• Establish a disciplined operating rhythm with coaching, reviews, and performance management.
• Use CRM and market data to identify opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
• Spend substantial time in the field coaching on clinical dialogue, pre-call planning, and account strategy.
• Develop relationships with priority health systems and endocrinology/metabolic care teams.
• Manage the regional budget and ensure investments align with priorities.
