Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer decision-makers.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities across service offerings.
• Lead prospect meetings, broker presentations, educational sessions, and industry events.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CDB solutions and industry trends.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through sale and handoff to implementation.
