Job summary

MULTIVAC, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across medical, consumer product, and pharmaceutical customers in the western United States, including California.

The incumbent must be located within a reasonable driving distance of a major airport and will travel up to 70% of the time. The role includes developing relationships, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and leveraging company resources to deliver quotes and orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Minimum three years sales or related experience in capital equipment, packaging solutions, or related industry products.
• Current valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport for travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Prospect potential sales opportunities within MCP industries and cultivate relationships.
• Manage entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing deals.
• Utilize internal resources to generate leads and advance the sales process.
• Partner with internal experts to prepare quotes and orders according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate information in the CRM and manage key accounts.
