Job summary

Kovalus Separation Solutions, based in the U.S., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand its Eco-Tec Inc. business across North America.

The role targets professionals with 5–8 years in sales of ion exchange, membranes or related technologies for chemical purification, water treatment, or industrial applications. The candidate will lead regional plans, build key client relationships, and drive revenue while traveling up to 25–30% for meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business or related field.
• 7+ years proven work experience in regional sales management.
• Knowledge of industrial sectors, EPCs and consultants.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop them to order status.
• Create regional sales plans aligned with objectives.
• Forecast quarterly and annual results and report performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth.
• Suggest services/products and sales techniques to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high satisfaction.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings.
